OriginalFake October releases (F/W ’08)
First things first: Let’s just clarify that the official name for the above footwear is slippers. I know that some of you more macho types may not adore that term, and it may arouse flashbacks of the feet-shuffling and slow dragging noises you associate with visiting your loony aunt in the psych ward. However that does not condone the usage of such fancy terms as “room shoes”.

Among this weeks items released as part of OriginalFake’s F/W 08 collection, these oh-so-comfy slippers. A grin-inducing, ironic collaboration with Japanese footwear brand Cause (KAWS X Cause…tee hee).

Other newly released items from the collection include a back to basics throwback t-shirt featuring KAWS’ signature logo (X X) in yellow (talk about incorporating fashion AND function, this tee also doubles as a target sheet for giving out purple-nurples).

Two Windstopper jacket designs top off this weeks releases: a Stadium jacket with ribbed cuffs and collar, as well as a down coat with all the bells and whistles as far as technical features go. KAWS’s logo is incorporated with subtlety on the wrist area, and this GORE coat is available to you with either a red or blue zipper (you get to choose!).
