The unveiling of spring lookbooks are one of the few things stopping us from going into a cave, sealing it shut, and entering a deep coma-like state for the rest of the winter months. This week its BBC/Ice Cream’s spring 2009 lookbook that’s to thank for this ahoodie writer not giving up on shaving and living a generally civilized life…aside from sniffing a few butts and rolling over for treats.

The Billionaire Boys Club’s Spring Summer MMix is a more diverse cut&sew collection than in previous seasons. The collection takes a more comfortable approach to formal dresswear. A tuxedo print jacket, double-breasted peacoat sweater, and lots of bow-ties play-up the classic summer shorts and crop pants silhouettes. Lookout for the collection in stores as soon as the only snow left on the streets are those big hunks of black pollution hanging on to the curb.
