Bape Pirate Store – New York

 Bape Pirate Store New York

Bape is known for its dope designs and reputation as a top-notch streetwear brand with top-notch prices. The latter is the only reason why I don’t buy a lot of Bape, but Bape is taking care of that for us this weekend. From Friday until Sunday this week, Bape will be opening their Pirate Store, which offers items from past seasons and items originally only sold in Japan for 50% off. No lie. Furthermore, if past Pirate Stores are any indication, the sales will increase to 70% on Sunday, so I would suggest going on Friday and Sunday to get the best of the deals and of the stock they have. The sale is going on at the store on 91 Greene Street, unlike last year where Bape rented out a warehouse. The store will open at midday and close at 7 PM for these three days. Be sure to cop your gear!

Personally, I like BBC and Ice Cream a lot for their creativity (e.g. not ripping off Air Force 1s) but I also like BAPE for things like this where they drastically drop their prices and are a lot more spontaneous. Ahhhh, I can’t pick a favourite…

We all like quality cheap clothing, except for Muammar Gaddafi (too soon?).
