Since 2006, (RED) have joined forces with everyone from Apple to Emporio Armani and Starbucks to Nike to create unique products and raise money for the fight against HIV and AIDS – two diseases which millions of people worlwide suffer from. It is the latter of the afore mentioned brands who present us with the latest offering in charity-friendly-swag.

Along with the ACG Meriweather boot and Cheyenne backpack, Nike and (RED) also created this amazing Destroyer jacket. As with any Product (RED) piece, the jacket does feature red in a big way which is quite a bold move on Nike’s part considering their most popular Destroyer colourways are usually tonal black or grey. Despite a contrasting colourway, the same wool body – leather sleeve construction has been utilised, making it the perfect piece for keeping it cosy this winter.

What separates this jacket from other varsities on the market is the body section: with a trench coat like collar and doubled-up buttons giving it a much higher-end look than your average collegiate jacket.

The Destroyer jacket and the afore mentioned boots and backpack will be available globally as of the 1st of December via NSW and Nike Stadium stores.
