It’s an odd thought, but there is no one who doesn’t like music. Sure, everyone has their preferences—genre, volume, artist, decade, era—but there is a certain je ne sais quoi about the lyrical quality of sound waves that is universally appealing to humans. Music is in the air, the architecture, the streets and most importantly, in the individuals that impact the world with every step they take.
Punk is something that, admittedly, I’m not the most familiar with. Like everyone else, I’m more familiar with the image of punk: the leather, the youthful irreverence, the superstructural defiance that defined its impetus in previous decades. Killer Brigade draws on this for inspiration, with their line of graphic tees and posters that embodies the image of rebellion that has been lost in the myriad of contemporary interpretations that litter the digital landscape. Their Let The Killer Times Roll! and Black is Back shirts are quite literally killer, and will surely draw some appreciative glances from bitties passerby.
